WHERE ARE THE INDIGO RESTAURANTS?
Indigo Smoke cemented Lance’s reputation as a restaurateur offering great design, food, and execution from 2002-2008, in both Montclair (venue closed) and Maplewood, NJ. Indigo Kitchen and Bar, aka ‘IKB,’ was his successful 2nd-gen concept in Maplewood Village, built in 2009 with partners and designed for that economic climate. In July 2010, Lance sold his partnership and kept his Indigo brand in order to focus on current and future projects of his consulting firm, Lance Knowling Designs. Thus the popular Maplewood restaurant is rebranding with a new name and menu in August 2010. |
